ORIO-3D ALIF Cage System

​The ORIO-3D ALIF Cage's Trabecular design represents a significant step forward in fusion technology. They are engineered with a biomimetic pore structure intended to promote osseointegration & early biologic fixation, and incorporate a unique architecture designed for low stiffness and optimal distribution of mechanical loads across the vertebral endplates. 

ORIO-3D ALIF 10° to 20° lordotic cages may be used as standalone devices in patients with DDD. Hyperlordotic ORIO-3D ALIF cages (>20° lordosis) must be used with supplemental internal spinal fixation, such as ANTERIS for anterior fixation or ASTRA for posterior fixation.
